Responsibilities
The Product Analyst supports the of the product strategy for a group of products from a common technology platform or asset. Product Analysts provides analyses and makes recommendations for optimal product choices as offer elements are executed with customers. They assist Product Managers to assemble various market capital production inventory and technology plans into a product strategy that maximize the profitability of an asset.
Responsibilities include:
- Executes product strategy in collaboration with the Product Manager.
- Provides decision support to the Product Manager for regulatory requirements customer inquiries sample approvals complaint feedback returns/claims and executes accordingly; includes effective communication to all stakeholders.
- Manages system to ensure documentation of product portfolio details (which products to sell into which markets etc. to ensure sales are not being made into uncommercialized markets or countries for existing products and to manage approved customer responses.
- Works with sales in identifying potential sales outlets and options for stranded or offclass inventory and provides recommendations to Product Manager.
- Communicates changing market and competitive activities to Product Manager and Sales.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree required.
- 2 yearsprior work experience in a technical or customerfacing role (i.e. sales technical service marketing product management and supply chain).
