RolesandResponsibilities
- HandlingSales&MarketDevelopment achievingprimarybudgetthroughfrontlinesalespersonnel.
- AchievingKeyContractorBudgetfortheyearthroughpropercontractorengagementprogram.
- Adding DistributorswhoaresupplierstoOEMs/Factories throughsuccessfulproducttrials&offeringproperrates&servicetotheDistributor.
- InteractingwithIDs&theircontractors&convertingthemthroughproperbriefingofproductrangeonoffersuccessfulonsitetrialsoftheproductsofferingproperprice&service.
- Analyzingmarkettrends&&providesuitablefeedback&ourstrategytocounterit.
- Trackingcompetitionactivitiesandlocalmarkettrend.
- Expandwideretaildistributionnetworkwithintheterritoryandimplementeffectivenetworkmanagementschemes.
- WillbeinchargeofindependentresponsibilityofmanagingtheDepot.
Requirements
- Should have experienceofhardcoresalesthroughchannelnetwork minimum 1 years sales experience in Retail sales or Channel sales or Distributor sales or any sales experience from Building material or Paint industry
- Age max 35
- Only male
- Candidate should have Panvel market experience
- Distributors retailers handling.
- Mustbecapableofcommunicatinginthelocallanguage.
