JobSummary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experiencedprofessional to join our team as a Lead Renewals. You will be responsible forleading and managing a team of sales representatives driving count and revenueretention MoM and YoY. This role requires strong leadership abilitiesexcellent sales acumen and a deep understanding of the IT industry and its productsand services.
KeyResponsibilities:
Identifyingand executing various product and process levers to increase
Revenueand Count retention
Lead and manage ateam of sales representatives providing guidance coaching and support tomaximise their performance and productivity.
Ensure best practicesare followed by the team
Develop and implementsales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth expand market reach andmeet or exceed sales targets for the Renewals vertical.
Set clear objectivesand key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team monitoring progress andimplementing corrective actions as needed.
Build and maintainstrong relationships with key clients understanding their business needs andproviding tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams including marketing product management and customersupport to align sales efforts and enhance the overall customer experience.
Analyse markettrends competitors activities and customer feedback to identify new businessopportunities market gaps and product improvement areas.
Provide regular salesforecasts reports and updates to the senior management team highlighting keyachievements challenges and recommendations.
JobRequirements
Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field.
Experience in leadingsales team 45 Years)
Proven experience insales preferably in a SaaS environment.
Demonstratedleadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse sales team.
Strong understandingof sales processes techniques and funnel management(CRM).
Exceptionalcommunication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with team membersclients and stakeholders
Track record ofconsistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Quick learner withthe ability to understand and articulate complex SaaS solutions.
Resultsorientedmindset with a focus on datadriven decisionmaking.
