At Equans you will have the opportunity to manage projects from start to finish providing technical and practical solutions to the most complex challenges in the HVAC sector. Ready to take on the challenge and make a real difference in ambitious projects
A role that goes beyond management where your expertise turns every challenge into success.
What you will do daily :
- manage the entire project from coordination to while overseeing the synthesis of plans and diagrams
- lead a team of experts from designers to technicians and provide them with the tools they need to succeed
- prepare the necessary technical documentation to ensure the smooth progress of the project
- select and size the appropriate equipment for each stage of the project
- develop monitor and adjust the construction schedule to meet deadlines and requirements
- work closely with the client to provide relevant solutions to each challenge
Bring along
- a masters degree in civil or industrial engineering specialization in electromechanics thermal engineering construction air conditioning or energy
- at least 5 years of experience in a similar role with HVAC expertise
- strong organizational and project management skills
- the ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in stressful situations
- fluency in French along with a good command of Dutch and English
