Job Description

Jim Riehls Friendly Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is hiring a full time Custodian /Janitorial Maintenance associate. We are looking for an individual with a keen eye for detail to ensure that our business is as clean neat and sanitary as possible.

Hours:

MF shift beginning 6pm12am flexible hours available after midnight also.
(After 60 days of employment you will be eligible for full health care benefits and 401k.

Job Responsibilities:

Works with a part time employee to clean Showroom General Office Customer Lounge Service Write Up Area

Dusting vacuuming mopping floors disinfecting common areas

Cleaning rest rooms lockers

Emptying garbage

Cleaning windows

Cleaning employee lunchroom Job Requirements:

Be able to perform Essential Duties (i.e. sweep scrub mop vacuum and clean carpets clean and dust cabinets remove garbage clean entryways doors hallways restrooms offices meeting rooms shop floors tool rooms parts storage and other facilities) one year experience

Understand and carry out oral and written instructions specified in English

Frequently lift up to 20 lbs

Able to work days or evenings as needed

Operate janitorial cleaning equipment

Perform tasks that require a moderate degree of physical strength and endurance

Work in conjunction with another team member and with minimum supervision

Previous custodial experience preferred but not required

Valid Drivers License

Able to pass a background check and drug screen prior to employment

After 90 days of employment you will be eligible for full heath care benefits and 401k.
