We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Manager to lead our SME sales team and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and optimizing both the indirect and the telesales channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective SME sales strategies building and nurturing relationships with channel partners and ensuring the attainment of sales targets. This role requires a strong blend of leadership strategic thinking and relationship management skills.

1.Strategy development & implementation

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive SME sales strategy aligned with the companys overall sales and business objectives.

  • Identify and prioritize potential channel partners distribution networks and strategic alliances to expand market reach.

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales efforts with marketing product and operations.

2. Channel Management

  • Identify recruit and onboard new channel partners distributors and resellers to enhance the companys market presence.

  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners providing the necessary support and resources to drive their success.

  • Regularly assess partner performance and provide guidance to improve their sales capabilities and performance metrics.

3. Sales Performance and Metrics

  • Set clear sales targets and objectives for the team and monitoring progress and taking corrective actions when necessary.

  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth within the segment. Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance forecasting and market insights to senior management.

4. Market and competitive analysis

  • Stay updated on industry trends market dynamics and competitive landscape to identify potential threats and opportunities.

  • Utilize market insights to adjust the sales strategy pricing and positioning as needed.

5. Crossfunctional collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing product management and operations to ensure alignment and effective of campaigns and initiatives.

  • Act as a liaison internal departments addressing any issues inquiries or concerns.

6. Sales team leadership and management

  • Lead and manage a team of indirect sales professionals providing guidance coaching and mentorship to foster their growth and success.

  • Lead and manage 2 teamleaders each managing a team of inside sales.

WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU

  • You have at least a Bachelor degree (Masters Degree preferred).

  • You have a proven experience of minimum 3 years in sales management channel partner development or distributor management.

  • You have strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing successful sales teams in the acquisition of new clients.

  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.

  • You have an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data market trends and competitor activities.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.

  • As a strategic thinker you are capable of aligning sales initiatives with broader business goals.

  • You are able to travel periodically to meet with channel partners attend industry events and engage in business development activities.

  • You speak fluently French and Dutch.

  • Fulltime permanent contract 38h/week)
