As an IT Technician you will provide technical support to our car wash locations in the southeast area of Houston including the Friendswood area. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient functionality of our car wash equipment and building systems conducting repairs installations and maintenance tasks as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support a car washing robot! Looking for energetic IT talent to join the fun fastpaced IT
- Whitewater team.
- Install and troubleshoot the car wash POS; hardware software pay station terminals etc.
- Handson repair of proximity sensors control systems receipt printers RFID LPR mag
- loops gates touchscreen relays and so much more!
- Low voltage cable installation and termination.
- Repair and install car wash camera systems.
- Lots of travel between stores in the market and occasional outofstate travel when needed.
- Install and configure computer hardware software switches wireless printers and firewalls.
- Responding in a timely manner to IT issues and requests using internal ticketing software.
- Respond after hours/weekends when needed to maintain car wash operations.
- Provide awesome technical support across the company!
- Manage asset inventory software licensing order parts and warranties.
- Setup and configuration of mobile devices.
- Collaborate with other departments during car wash maintenance upgrades and repairs.
Requirements:
- Experience with DRB or other car wash POS is a plus.
- Experience with Laguna or other control systems is a plus.
- Experience with relays soldering control systems or robotics is a plus.
- 2 years of technical experience or equivalent associates/technical degree.
- Critical thinking and analytical skills to investigate and solve problems.
- Must be a selfstarter.
- Team Player who is willing to learn new tasks.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Proficient in the use of remote connecting software.
- Experience in hardware and software maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work in a fast paced highly communicative team environment.
- Ability to be available occasionally for afterhours service calls and respond to high priority
- calls.
- Ability to coordinate and communicate with general contractors and vendors as needed.
- Must have reliable transportation to travel between locations.
- Ability to travel to different markets as needed.
- Must complete a prehire background check and driving history review
