We are looking for a Teamlead Software Engineering to join our teams working on our consumerfacing booking and station management products. You will be part of our success story in delivering unique travel adventures to customers around the world and supporting our station teams to deliver a great experience every time.

The role your passion
You will be the technical and disciplinary leader of a new crossfunctional software development team working on our Wave platform
You will take active part as a developer in the teams work
You will coach and mentor individual team members to help them grow personally and professionally
You will evangelize best of class development practices in your team
You will work closely with your Product Owner and Scrum Master to help the team reach its goals
You will work closely with other team leads and engineers in the roadsurfer engineering organization
What you need to surf the wave with us
The ability and motivation to be a handson servant leader for a crossfunctional development team
You have profound experience in software development and thrive on concepts like SOLID TDD and DDD
You have significant experience with PHP experience with the Symfony framework is strongly preferred
You have at least some experience development web applications with modern JavaScript frameworks like Vue.js React or Angular
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
Knowledge of CI/CD and monitoring and logging tools like Kibana or Grafana is helpful
You speak and understand English very well
