POSITION TITLE: Head Coach Men and Women WrestlingSTATUS: Part time
DEPARTMENT: Athletics
DIVISION: Student Development
CLASSIFICATION: Nonexempt
UNION: Nonunion
REPORTS TO: Director of Athletics
HIRING RANGE: $10000.00 stipend; prorated if less than a full season
Responsibilities include but not limited to administration and promotion of the program consistent with the goals and mission of the college and consistent commitment to the recruitment of studentathletes. The candidate should have a complete knowledge of the sport and the ability to teach and motivate studentathletes to be successful academically and athletically.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Recruit train and coach studentsathletes.
2.Organize schedule and supervise practice sessions.
3.Schedule games.
4.Coordinate team travel.
5.Perform administrative tasks including budget management.
6.Order and inventory all equipment.
7.Generate additional funds for support of the program through fundraising.
8.Hire and supervise assistant coaches.
9.Provide a high quality of moral and ethical leadership.
10.Ability to work with diverse populations.
11.Participate in achieving departmental and college goals and objectives. 12.Perform related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelors Degree.
2. Three 3 years of college high school or 16u18u club coaching experience.
3. Valid Drivers License.
4. Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with other members of the college and community displaying cultural competence as well as emotional intelligence.
5. Demonstrated commitment to the colleges core values of respect and inclusion sustainability integrity collaboration humor and wellbeing innovation and quality.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. English and Spanish verbal and written communication proficiency.
2. Demonstrated multicultural competence.
