Job Description
ENDVR is looking for a CFO to join our leadership team and play a critical role in shaping our financial future as we prepare to scale. Reporting to the CEO and Cofounder Steve Gendron the CFO will be responsible for planning and tracking the teams financial strategy to achieve sustainable growth in a recurring revenue model.
Our ideal candidate is someone who has previously helped an earlystage highgrowth company successfully build and scale their financial strategy and operations.
What Youll Do
- Financial and Operational Leadership
- Oversee all financial operations including accounting budgeting forecasting tax planning and treasury management for a SaaS business model
- Collaborate with the leadership team to craft a datadriven metrics dashboard that measures key performance indicators (KPIs) including MRR ARR CAC churn and gross margin
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the companys overall business goals and scalable subscriptionbased revenue
- Partner with the CEO leadership team board and investors to optimize resource allocation and ensure alignment on strategic decisions to drive sustainable growth
- Secure funding through venture capital debt financing or other means to support scaling and product development
- Identify and implement process improvements that ensure efficient automated and scalable financial operations tailored to our environment
- Contribute to building a strong company culture with a focus on transparency accountability and performance
- Implement and maintain robust financial reporting systems and controls
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP or IFRS
- Manage external audit relationships and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Conduct indepth financial analysis to identify opportunities and risks
- Develop financial models to support business decisions and investment strategies

Qualifications and Experience
- Proven track record as a Head of Finance or similar senior financial role in a highgrowth startup or venturebacked company
- 10 years of progressive experience in Finance Accounting & Operations
- Deep understanding of GAAP or IFRS accounting principles
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a datadriven mindset to measure and optimize financial performance
- Executivelevel presence communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization
- Passion for building and scaling businesses
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
- Familiarity with fundraising processes and venture capital landscape
- Experience working with brands and/or retailers a plus
