Job Description
The Pediatric Caregiver at 5 Star Home Care will provide compassionate and high quality care to pediatric patients in Myrtle Beach South Carolina. This is a part time hourly job and will require an individual who is dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of children and their families. As a Pediatric Caregiver you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to support the physical emotional and social wellbeing of pediatric patients.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and assistance to pediatric patients under the guidance of a Registered Nurse
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing dressing feeding.
- Monitor and record patients vitals signs and report any changes to the supervising notes
- Help create a safe and stimulating environment for pediatric patients
- Communicate effectively with patients families and health care team members
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
- Adhere to to all safety and infection control protocols
- Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current CPR certification
- 12 years of experience working with pediatric patients preferred
- Knowledge of pediatric medical care
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.
