Job Description
Your insights and expertise will guide project teams in costeffective decisionmaking and ensure that clients receive the best value for their investments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for construction projects.
- Conduct risk analysis and nutritional studies to mitigate financial uncertainties.
- Collaborate with clients architects and contractors to develop detailed project budgets.
- Monitor and report on project costs identifying any discrepancies from the initial budget.
- Assist in contract negotiations and manage contractual agreements.
- Provide advice on procurement strategies ensuring best practices are followed.
- Manage payments to contractors and suppliers.
- Prepare financial reports and documentation for management review.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and validate costs.
Requirements:
8 years post graduation in a PRQS firm
SACQSP registration is a requirement
