Job Overview:
The Automotive Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the sales department developing strategic sales plans and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills a deep understanding of the automotive industry and a proven track record of driving sales performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead motivate and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and training as needed.
  • Foster a positive andcustomercentric sales culture.
  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations.
  • Work closely with the finance and service departments to maximize profitability.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Handle customer inquiries concerns and escalations professionally.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to stay ahead in the industry.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in automotive sales management.
  • Strong leadership and teambuilding skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Indepth knowledge of sales processes financing and dealership operations.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in dealership management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
