Job Summary:
Professional Care Match LLC is seeking dedicated and compassionate CNAs and HHAs to join our team as InHome Caregivers in Bourne Massachusetts. This is a parttime hourly position with a compensation range of $18$23 per hour. As an individual contributor you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of clients by providing quality inhome care tailored to their specific needs. Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate and personalized care to clients in their homes
Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing dressing meal preparation and medication reminders
Build strong relationships with clients and their families through consistent and reliable care
Monitor clients health status and report any changes to supervising healthcare professionals
Keep accurate and detailed records of care provided
Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
Communicate effectively with clients their families and other healthcare team members
Requirements:
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification from an accredited program
Previous experience in home care or longterm care setting preferred
Current CPR and First Aid certification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow care plans and work independently
Reliable transportation to and from clients homes
Must pass thorough background check and drug screening
