Job Description
Sales Cashiers are the face and representatives of Wash Masters. They will uphold the standard of customer service and appearance that we strive for. Sales Cashiers must be able to provide excellent customer services to guests even when they are upset or frustrated. Sales Cashiers must fully grasp the wash menu and understand the wash process to be able to upsell and promote our services to guests.
This position is for anexperienced seller must be able to maintain and capture half of all paying customers into an upsell. Either adding FullService Detail or any other additional item on the menu. There is no cap or limit to commission. There is commission on nearly all items on the menu.
This position has the potential for higher hourly base pay than other cashiers. Potential avg hourly with commission has no cap. Please provide resume and/or acceptable experience when applying. There is a 30 day evaluation for all employees and a probationary period.
This position has the availability for 510 hours of overtime. Must be available for high volume times. Highest volume times ThursdaySunday of every week.
No facial piercings tattoos that are not appropriate for a professional environment or hair that is not well kept. Beards must be well maintained.
Dress code: Wash Masters shirt jacket hat. Black athleticshoes black pants/shorts black belt. No open toed shoes and shirts will always be tucked in.
Some Sales Cashierduties include but are not limited to:
- Must be able to maintain and manage their register accurately.
- Must be able to keep their areas neat and tidy and uphold the Wash Masters standards.
- Must promote passes full service and detailat a 20 minimumconversion rate with customers.
- Clean and maintain all cashier and lobby areas.
- Help clean and maintain property.
Full time will start at 1112/hr plus commission. Commission potential for $500$2000 or more per pay period. If you meet or exceed expectations then hourly can be raised upon 120 day evaluation.
