Heres what youll do:
The Systems Specialist Level IVmeets all prior service level performance standards. Provides highly advanced service support on multiple machines and their associated accessories primarily unassisted. Systems Specialist Level IVis relied on and able to analyze and resolve challenging machine and related customer issues.
- Maintain all Level III duties and responsibilities.
- Resolves the most challenging technical services and or difficult customer situations.
- Service common machine accessories (i.e. tool racks/sensors/tooling/fixtures/RTCalibration).
- Understand Laser Map corrective services.
- Support of other less common accessories/service (i.e. RTPM adjustment/VIScan/SP25.
- Ability to instruct customer and/or service technician training course (formal and/or field).
- Initiates customer courtesy calls to follow up on recently performed service.
- Other duties as required.
- Lead the installation configuration and calibration of CMM equipment in various environments ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications.
- Provide expertlevel troubleshooting support for electromechanical issues associated with CMM systems. Use diagnostic tools to identify and rectify problems.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to drive continuous improvements in measurement processes technology and system integration.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulatory and industry standards. Stay current on relevant CMM technology software updates and measurement standards.
Do you qualify
- Have consistently and efficiently performed as a Senior Service Technician function for a minimum of two 2 years on CMM systems installation repairs calibration upgrade and maintenance.
- Demonstrates the aptitude to meet requirements of a System Specialist during the time as a Senior Service Technician.
- Post Secondary Education in Electronics or Mechanical Technology or equivalent
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to resolve complex issues under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to effectively interact with team members clients and stakeholders.
- 80100 travel required 100 travel Monday through Friday)
- Capable of unassisted physical lift of one article weighing up to 75 pounds
- Occasional International travel is required
