Job Overview
As an Elementary School Teacher you will be responsible for providing a nurturing and engaging learning environment for students in grades K5. This is a fulltime position located in Ahmedabad Gujarat India with opportunities for growth within our organization.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelors degree in Education or related field
- Valid teaching certification
- 13 years of experience teaching elementary school students
- Strong knowledge of child development and effective teaching strategies
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and create a positive learning environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
- Proficiency in using educational technology and online learning platforms
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans based on the curriculum guidelines
- Deliver instruction to students in a clear and effective manner
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student learning and growth
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement educational programs
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills
- Maintain accurate and organized student records
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and progress
- Supervise students in various settings including classrooms hallways and during outdoor activities
