Position Responsibilities: - Engage in prospecting through cold calling and utilizing various resources to identify new leads.
- Research new leads to uncover identify and connect within target markets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and analytics team to create tailored proposals.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations.
- List and promote retail investment properties.
- Cultivate relationships with influential decisionmakers.
What Were Looking For: - 13 yearsofinvestmentsalestransactionexperience.
- Currently holds a Salesperson/Broker licenseoris willing to begin process to obtain one within 30 days of starting.
- A Bachelors Degree in a related field is advantageous but not obligatory.
- Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate is preferred.
- Demonstrated selfmotivation and a willingness to exceed expectations.
- Proficiency in critical thinking meticulous attention to detail and adeptness in research.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
- Strong work ethic coupled with a drive for excellence.

Compensation:This position operates as a 1099 independent contractor full commission team agreement incentive plan basis.
