Job Overview
Podar Education Network is seeking a dedicated English Teacher with 4 to 6 years of experience for a fulltime midlevel position located in Bhandara. Candidates should be passionate about delivering quality education and possess strong teaching skills.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in developing and implementing curriculum that meets educational standards and enhances student learning.
- Experience in using student assessment tools to effectively evaluate and support individual student progress.
- Ability to plan engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning needs and foster a positive learning environment.
- Indepth knowledge of CBSE guidelines and ability to integrate them into the teaching process effectively.
- Holds a Bachelor of Education (B.ED) degree which is crucial for understanding educational concepts and methodologies.
- Proficient in Teacher Graduation Training (TGT) which enhances skills in teaching secondarylevel students.
- Excellent communication skills to engage students and communicate effectively with parents and other staff members.
- Must have strong teaching skills (Mandatory skill) to facilitate student learning and administer comprehensive education.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive English education to students in accordance with the curriculum and educational standards.
- Develop lesson plans that provide a structured learning experience while accommodating diverse student abilities.
