Community Relations Manager
Reports To:Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Locations:Berkeley (East Bay)
Pay Range:$100k$115k (Annually)

About BACA:Bay Area Clinical Associates P.C. (BACA) is a physicianowned and operated organization offering evidencebased and integrated mental health services to young people and their families in the San Francisco Bay Area. BACA currently offers outpatient and intensive outpatient services in San Jose and Berkeley. As a mental health care agency we are looking for a dedicated person who enjoys helping others. We strive to provide all therapy and medication services and collaborate with schools and other providers involved with our patients care.
Position duties include but are not limited to:
Coordinates initiatives designed to promote the organization and its services to the community
Identify source and develop partnerships with with community leaders and serves as the organizations liaison with various constituents
Set meetings with school representatives hospital contacts private practice clinicians/offices community organizations and residential programs to discuss our IOP and outpatient services
Manage and host special workshops trainings and various other public events
Attend networking events and community events to increase awareness about services
Convey BACAs mission and scope of services; be the main point of contact for any inquiries regarding the BACAs San Jose and Berkeley clinics
Maintain direct referral relationships in designated target markets for optimal utilization of continuum of care across mental health providers
Oversee marketing budget and create promotional materials as needed
Utilize CRM to maintain contacts pull reports gain insight and improve actions for maximum effectiveness
Improve access to mental health treatment and provide support for special projects to the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Director as requested
Position Requirements:
Bachelors degree required in psychology sociology public health business related field or familiar with standard concepts practices procedures and terminology within psychiatric healthcare or equivalent educational and training experiences
Ability to maintain highly confidential information and exercise discretion and judgment
Must have access to reliable transportation a valid CA driver license satisfactory driving record auto insurance coverage and willingness to travel throughout Bay Area
Friendly courteous and comfortable approaching and talking to people
Must be able to manage own workload hardworking and driven to impact positive change
Basic supervisory skills basic fiscal management skills; and teaching/training experience
Willingness to travel and some evening/weekend hours
Must be proficient in G Suite (Google Docs Google Sheets)
Experience with a CRM such as Salesforce or Prosperworks
Experience with graphic design preferred
Previous experience with customer service in the healthcare field and clinical background preferred
Selfstarter who loves connecting people
Must demonstrate professionalism in all situations and have superb time management skills
Must have excellent communication skills in person over the phone and over email
