Your mission at GardaWorld
Develop partnerships internally and with other companies (suppliers and clients). Develop profitable business models. Ensure compliance with the corporations strategic planning in the search for new business related to Cash Automation. Keep up to date with new product development and market measurement tools (e.g. Design Thinking BMG TAMSAMSOM etc).
Your responsibilities include:
- Monitor the behavior of the value chain of the markets where Gardas operates seeking to identify opportunities for new solutions;
- Identify the needs of the market in order to generate opportunities for action and development of new solutions through visits and/or contact with customers (FactFinding Process);
- Identify existing solutions in GardaWolrds business units in other countries related to Cash Automation which add value to customers and that can be implemented in Canada;
- Maintain relationships with customers and potential customers with support from the commercial area or not in order to understand their needs and develop new solutions;
- Develop a Business Plan of new opportunities and solutions according to the best and most appropriate methodologies available;
- Monitor the implementation of new solutions in order to ensure and make sure the satisfaction of the customers needs according to their expectations;
- Work in partnership with the commercial area providing support when there is a need to meet new solutions demanded by customers. Support sales with: Market Research Data Analysis on client FactFinding process (consultative sales) and Marketing A/B testing;
- Promote and Prepare FactFinding presentations of Proposals and ROIs (consultative sales approach);
- Maintain permanent contact and alignment with the commercial and operational areas in order to update themselves on their specific aspects: knowledge of internal capabilities and knowledge. Enable and support client pipeline activities and reporting;
- Participate on team and client meetings. Collaborate with other areas of the company such as: Legal Finance Operations etc.
- Participate in the preparation of the budget of the solutions under their responsibility or that have been created in the New Business area.
