Job Description
We are looking for a Team Lead Dot Netwhois excellent at coding database design and analytical approach. The candidatemust have ability to deliver the project alone or with the help of programmers.The candidates must have good communication skills to communicate with theclients and inhouse crossdepartment team members.
Experience: 8To 12 years

- Excellent knowledge about SDLC /AGILE methodology

- Excellent skills to interview candidate and judge based onfunctional and behavioral approach.

- Understands all the quality factors
- Ready to work with Project Manager/Seniors for all the technicaland non technical stuff
- Excellent project estimation skills
- Should handle team of 610 team member and provide all thetraining and documents
- Good presentations skills
- Should play role of technical lead in respective projects.
- Ready to prepare project plan and based on plan.
- Should prepare required documents.
- Ready to face new client daily basis.
Requirements
Technical
- Extremely fluent in .NET 4.0/4.5/4.5.1/4.5.2 C#.
- Working experience in Dot Net Core
- Exposure to AWS / Azure / GCP is must.
- Extremely fluent in either AngularJS / ReactJS / VueJS
- Extremely fluent in REST APIs using JSON/XML.
- Sound knowledge of UI/UX development using HTML / CSS / JavaScript / TypeScript
- Extremely fluent in MVC framework
- Good knowledge of design patterns MVVM / MVC / MVP / Singleton.
- A Sound understanding of TSQL MS SQLDatabase performance and tuning
- A solid understanding of OOPs / SOLID principles
- Excellent knowledge of ORMs eg Entity Framework and NHibernate
- A good understanding of Ntier / Microservice architecture
- Soundknowledge of code version tools like GIT / TFS / Bitbucket.
- Good understanding of CI / CD.
- Exposure of WCF/WPF technology
- Excellent debugging skills; able to debug complex technical issuesinvolving multiple system components.
- Design code test debug and document software according to thefunctional requirements
- Develop maintain and support programs/tools for internal andexternal clients
- Analyze diagnose and resolve errors related to their applications
- Excellentresearch capability.
- Abilityto build prototype for technical Enquiries in urgent base.
