The Dishwasherwashes and sanitizes all tableware serving materials cooking equipment and small wares. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.

This role will pay an hourly wage of $14.75.

The Donald L. Tucker Civic Center features a 12500seat arena 34 luxury suites 476 club seats over 54000 sq. ft. of meeting and exhibition space and an arena view restaurant the Spotlight Grille. The arena is home to Florida State Mens and Womens basketball and is known for its electric atmosphere and fierce home court advantage. Not only a music and sports venue the arena also is frequently used for trade shows large catered functions receptions religious services and classes. • Ensures highest sanitation levels for all items previously used so that they may be used again in clean condition free of any contamination risk.
• Utilizes and implements M.S.D.S. criteria food and product safety and Food and Beverage Policies and Procedures.
• Removes all trash and maintains loading and receiving areas in safe and clean condition.
• Stocks plates glasses pots utensils and pans after cleaning.
• Cleans and sanitizes all food service areas and equipment.
• Maybe asked to step in and help prep on certain occasions.

• Some experience working in kitchen atmosphere helpful.
• Ability to work in a teamoriented fastpaced eventdriven environment.
• Ability to communicate with employees coworkers management staff and guest in a clear businesslike and respectful manner which focuses on generating a positive enthusiastic and cooperative work environment.
• Possess valid food handling certificate if required by state and federal regulations.
• Able to operate standard kitchen equipment to including the broiler steamer convection oven mixer meat slicer and chef knife.
