Our restaurant boasts a modern and sleek design with plenty of space to enjoy a delicious meal catch a game on one of our large screens or relax in the comfortable lounge area. Our experienced chefs use only the freshest ingredients to prepare mouthwatering dishes sure to satisfy even the most discerning palate.
Position Summary:
The host welcomes guests and shows them to their table or waiting area. The host must be professional in appearance an excellent communicator good organizational skills and the highest level of elite customer service.
Responsibilities:
Promote work and act in a professional manner consistent with the mission of 88 Tactical: We are striving to bring the membership driven dining experience to new heights: one plate one drink and one moment at a time. Memorable experiences are created here together!
Provide exceptional customer service.
Greet guests as they enter and escort them to tables.
Presents menu answers questions and makes suggestions regarding food and service; as well
as review the special of the day if available.
Assists the manager on duty in assigning station/table arrangement and reservation
assignments.
Manage a waiting list as necessary.
Inspects dining room serving stations for neatness and cleanliness and checks menus to ensure
that they are cleaned and updated on a regular basis.
Assist in coordinating activities of dining room personnel to ensure prompt and courteous
service to patrons.
Assign and seat guests to tables based on nightly section rotation.
Maintain knowledge of the menus and nightly specials.
Conclude the guests experience by thanking them for their visit and welcoming their return upon exit.
Resolves any customer issues as necessary.
Help with other positions in the restaurant as needed or directed by manager or leads.
Accept and confirm dining reservations and arrange parties or special services for diners.
Coordinate togo orders and payments for members.
Qualifications:
Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a professional membershipbased restaurant environment.
A positive attitude and ability work well under pressure with all guests and restaurant staff.
Perform highquality work while unsupervised.
Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
Ability to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.
Ability to operate a pointofsale system.
