LEAP is Fidelitys learnercentered 18week technology program crafted to prepare new talent to become leading technologists. Upon completion of the program you will join one of our diverse technology organizations supporting various business initiatives. This is an opportunity to showcase your talents in a fastpaced collaborative environment while achieving group goals and continuing to enhance your knowledge while learning new technologies.
THE SKILLS YOU BRING
- Recent completion or in current pursuit of a technologyfocused bachelors degree.
- Understanding of User Centered Design.
- Programming and debugging using frontend applications such as HTML/CSS JavaScript Node.js Angular & Ionic.
- Experience with Native Android (Kotlin Android Studio Jetpack Compose).
- Experience with Native iOS (Swift SwiftUI UIkit Xcode).
- Understand ComponentDriven Development (CDD).
- Understand approaches to various levels of testing such as with TestDriven Development (TDD) or BehaviorDriven Development (BDD).
