Job Description

Our client in Burlington is a midsized family owned brokerage that has been in business since 1927. They treat their employees like family. They work hard but also take time to celebrate their success.They are currently looking for a full time Junior Commercial Lines Account Manager for their commercial department. As part of the team you will work with clients performing as a trusted advisor and advocate by handling renewals assessing risk exposures providing recommendations for coverage invoicing offering claims advice and working closely with Producers on their accounts.Qualifications: Effective Team player with a strong work ethic Dedicated client focus and superior client service skills Superior verbal and written communication skills RIBO or OTL license CIP or CAIB designation is an asset Previous experience working in a brokerage in a commercial lines capacity Previous TAM experience is an assetWhat they offer: Competitive compensation and benefits package Hybrid work from home and in the office Paid sick time and personal time off Opportunity for advancement
