Senior Recruitment Specialist

Are you a skilled and passionate Senior Recruitment Specialist looking for your next opportunity Do you thrive in a fastpaced growing environment where your expertise in fullcycle recruiting and talent acquisition can make a meaningful impact This Senior Recruitment Specialist role paying $70000 $85000/year depending on experience offers a great chance to contribute to the success of a wellestablished organization that values strategic hiring and employee engagement.

In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the fullcycle recruitment and onboarding process ensuring the organization attracts hires and retains top talent. You will work closely with hiring managers to develop action plans source and assess candidates and enhance hiring strategies. Additionally you will facilitate compliance training and onboarding initiatives to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for new team members.

This is an onsite hybrid role in the WNY area. The first month will require a full inoffice presence with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule based on the roles needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers across departments to develop and execute strategic recruiting plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage the full life cycle of recruitment including sourcing screening interviewing offer negotiations and hiring.
  • Maintain and optimize applicant tracking systems (Paycom) job postings and reporting processes.
  • Conduct 2430 candidate screens per week utilizing video interviews to assess talent.
  • Design and implement behavioral interviewing techniques training hiring managers on best practices.
  • Oversee the onboarding process ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Conduct background checks reference verifications and ensure compliance with hiring policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals educational institutions and external networks to enhance recruiting efforts.
  • Travel quarterly to visit new locations collaborate with hiring teams and build strong partnerships.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 years of fullcycle recruitment experience preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Proven ability to source vet and place top candidates efficiently.
  • Strong understanding of employment regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
  • Experience with Paycom or similar ATS platforms with the ability to set up workflows and optimize processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and coach hiring managers.
  • High level of professionalism confidentiality and ethical responsibility.
  • Ability to manage 612 requisitions at a time with a 3060 day hiring timeline.
  • SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential is a plus!

Education:

  • Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
