Making Annual Sales Plan for all products with Product Manager & Sales Director
Must be a highly motivated results oriented leader with proven ability to motivate and develop a field sale and support team
Visits plan for key customers to provide value addition and generate revenues
Must have an ability to proactively identify and resolve the problems control costs and maximize the efficiency of a regional team.
Responsible for direct sales and support for the revenue generation to meet financial objectives for orders sales margin and spending budget etc.
Responsible for collaboration with field and other product groups verticals to create a dynamic and aggressive business plan to improve market share and achieve budget in all products and services.

Getting To generate new enquires from existing and potential new customers by his team
Build technical competency and to be perceived by customers as a customer resource.
Follow up with the team to meet monthly/quarterly/yearly budget.
Maintaining Customer Data base and market informations by CRM/Email
Making Monthly Sales forecasts for all products and services
Responsible for Outstanding and past payment due collection
Daily Weekly Monthly report and discussions with his team and reporting to Director
Experience: 35 years lab / working experience on infectious diseases routine testing or as an application specialist with similar technologies with high throughput instruments.
Industry Preference: Life science Health Care and Allied Medical Disciplines.
Education: M. Tech or Master of Science (preferably in Life Sciences or Allied Medical Disciplines) Ph.D desirable but not essential.
