Job Description

Berglund Luxury burg is looking for a Customer Experience Sales Specialist with a passion for luxury cars and a talent for providing exceptional service to discerning clients. We are part of Berglund Automotive a wellestablished and reputable automotive group with 10 locations representing 20 different automotive brands throughout Southwest and Central Virginia.

Job Summary:

As a Customer Experience Sales Specialist you will be an integral part of our dealerships success. You will be responsible for providing toptier service to our discerning customers guiding them through the selection and purchase of luxury vehicles and maintaining the high standards of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers as they arrive to our luxury showroom with utmost professionalism.
  • Develop an understanding of each customers vehicle preferences and desires.
  • Showcase the features benefits and craftsmanship of our luxury vehicle inventory.
  • Arrange and conduct exclusive test drives to provide customers with a memorable experience.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of current inventory pricing and dealership promotions.
  • Contact potential customers by phone email and other channels to generate business.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with purchase and to build lasting relationships.
  • Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in luxury sales or service a plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Selfmotivated with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
