- Competitive earnings potential; includes an hourly base wage plus UNCAPPED commissions on WRITTEN Sales
- Paid Training; Training Rate $16/hour; after training rate is $11.00/hour plus 23 commissions on all sales (average hourly rate $1822/hour depending upon sales)
