Job Description
The Role
Alba Thermal Springs & Spa is a luxury spa and hot springs destination located in Fingal.
Open for breakfast lunch & dinner Thymes menu has been created by wellknown Melbourne chef restauranteur cookbook author and television presenter Karen Martini showcasing locally sourced seasonal produce served alongside excellent coffee herbal tea blends local coldpressed juices and signature cocktails. The wine list highlights the Peninsulas many local vineyards distilleries and breweries.
The Food & Beverage Attendants provide service to our guests in the restaurant (Thyme) outdoor bathing areas and the Spa lounge by:
- Greet and seat incoming guests to their tables
- Provide and explain menu items
- Provide advice in relation to the beverage menu
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with the Kitchen team
- Take guest food and beverage orders
Parttime and casual roles available. Availability for shifts on Monday to Thursday (including at least one weekend day) and nights nights is a must.
We will provide flexibility with days and hours across a rotational roster.
We offer a competitive hourly rate superannuation plus penalty rates.

- You have an RSA certificate
- You have experience in a similar environment
- You have a passion for food and drinks
You are guest centric a team player and have a positive attitude
- You have excellent personal presentation and strong communication skills
- You are capable reliable and responsible
