Job Description
American Infinite Academy (AIA) is a new online private school backed by Crimson Global Academy a Top 3 Finalist for the Worlds Best School Prize in Innovation.
Our mission is to make highquality private education more accessible and affordable for families across the U.S.especially those who want their children to receive a strong academic foundation without being bound by rigid school schedules or geography.
Were currently expanding in ESAfunded states and are looking for a Growth Marketers based in Idaho Utah and West Virginia to help us build local awareness form partnerships and connect with communities on the ground.
About the Role
This is a parttime contractor role 1520 hours per week to start with) focused on local outreach business development and traditional marketingtasks that cant be done remotely. Youll help us understand the Idaho landscape connect with communities and build awareness of AIA among ESA families.
Responsibilities
Build awareness of AIA in Idaho/Utah/West VirginiasESA and school choice ecosystem
- Identify and engage with relevant community groups parent networks education organizations and local influencers
- Research competitor schools and how theyre reaching families
- Source contacts and marketing insights from other ESA schools
- Provide ontheground feedback to inform state strategy
What Were Looking For
- 3 years of experience in marketing community outreach or business development
- Experience in the education space particularly with charter schools ESA programs or familyfacing organizations
- Strong local knowledge and the ability to work independently
- Comfortable operating in a contractor capacity with a flexible projectbased mindset
Contract Details
- Parttime 1520 hours per week with potential to extend as we grow)
- Initial 36 months contract with potential to extend
- $35$45 per hour depending on experience
