We are seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Analyst to join Black Lions team. This midtoupperlevel role will focus on underwriting new deals lease abstraction financial forecasting and market analysis. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills to support highprofile real estate acquisitions and developments.
Underwrite commercial real estate deals ranging from $20M to $100M primarily office and retail assets.
Perform lease abstraction to extract key financial and operational terms from lease agreements.
Utilize ARGUS and Excel to develop detailed financial models and cash flow projections.
Conduct financial forecasting and market research to support investment decisionmaking.
Analyze market trends rental rates and occupancy levels to assess asset performance.
Assist in due diligence by reviewing financial statements legal documents and property reports.
Prepare investment memorandums and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Work closely with senior leadership to identify and execute strategic investment opportunities.
35 years of experience in real estate investment underwriting or financial modeling.
A Bachelors degree in Real Estate Finance Economics or a related field.
Proficiency in ARGUS Enterprise and Excel (both are mandatory).
A strong understanding of lease abstraction cash flow modeling and valuation methodologies.
Excellent research analytical and problemsolving skills.
The ability to thrive in a fastpaced entrepreneurial work environment.
Strong English communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
Working hours:
Youll need to adjust your schedule to work from 8 am and 5 pm EST daily (check the time difference via this link).
Fulltime job 8 working hours per day MondayFriday). Please note that we wont consider candidates planning to combine multiple jobs.
