Reporting to the Senior Director of HR youll lead all aspects of HRfrom recruiting top talent and enhancing onboarding to managing payroll and benefits. Responsibilities:
Manage fullcycle recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain top talent.
Develop innovative recruitment plans to maximize staffing levels across all departments.
Manage payroll and benefits administration to ensure efficient and accurate processing.
Promote internal career opportunities and support team member development.
Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and develop strategies.
Organize onboarding orientation and training initiatives for team members.
Ensure accurate management of applicant flow and employment data.
Assist in the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures.
Recommend new approaches to improve departmental efficiency and service quality.
Maintain compliance with federal state and local employment laws.
Facilitate conflict resolution and maintain interpersonal sensitivity within the organization.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
5 years of progressive experience in HR management.
SHRMCP or PHR certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of Federal and State employment laws.
Proven experience as an HR professional
Excellent communication interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain confidentiality.
Experience in the senior living or healthcare industry preferred.
