Outreach & Intake Coordinator
Position Description
The Outreach and Intake Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for incoming referrals to Restore conducting trafficking screenings determining program eligibility completing client intakes and offering resource coordination. This role provides crisis intervention manages oncall contractors and ensures timely connection to internal and external services. Their work is essential in ensuring survivors and those at risk receive immediate traumainformed support and access to critical resources.

About the Position
The Outreach & Intake Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for incoming referrals to Restore. This role is responsible for conducting human trafficking screenings determining eligibility for core programs completing intakes providing crisis intervention and ensuring that new clients are connected to services at Restore or with external partners via resource coordination. The Outreach & Intake Coordinator will also coordinate the scheduling for the oncall contractors. While this role will not be responsible for establishing relationships with external partners they will be expected to maintain and nurture existing connections and work closely with the Director of Client Services who will oversee partnerships and major training. The ideal candidate will be traumainformed strong in relationship management detailoriented and highly skilled in crisis intervention intake processes and resource coordination. They will be experienced in working with adults from underserved communities have case management experience and possess knowledge of human trafficking and/or genderbased violence.

Compensation
The salary range for this role is $65000$70000 based on qualifications relevant experience and ability to meet role responsibilities. Restore offers a comprehensive benefits package including:
Job Location
This job is based in New York City and is hybrid. It requires onsite presence at Restores office two days per week and at the Queens Family Justice Center (QFJC) one day per week. Additional onsite attendance may be required for crisis response and urgent needs.
