Job Description
Tipalti is looking for an experienced and motivated QA Automation Infrastructure Manager to join our engineering organization.
As the QA Automation Infrastructure Manager Infrastructure Manager you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining the robust automation infrastructure & tools that serves QA engineers across the engineering organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 5 automation & performance engineers providing support guidance and expertise to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of our automation infrastructure.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand their automation needs and align infrastructure development accordingly.
- Research and develop cuttingedge tools and capabilities to enhance the automation infrastructure aligning with the companys goal of maintaining an advanced and uptodate project.
- Continuously evaluate and implement improvements to the existing automation architecture.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to automation engineers within the teams fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Conduct knowledgesharing sessions and training programs to enhance the skill set of the automation engineering teams.
Desired Skills & Experience
- 5 years of experience in webbased automation.
- 5 years of experience in building automation infrastructure and designing automation architecture.
- 2 years of experience as a team lead.
- 3 years of experience with JavaScript / Typescript and a deep understanding of scripting languages.
- Experience with Git and version control systems.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal for documenting and connecting with various stakeholder groups.
- Ability to prioritize tasks individually and effectively communicate priorities to the team.
- Selflearner and independent executor staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and drive initiatives forward.
