Job Description

Niam is a leading asset manager in Northern Europe specializing in real estate infrastructure and credit strategies. Niam is currently looking for a Senior Fundraiser to further strengthen its ability to deliver superior services to existing investors and effectively market Niam and its products to new potential investors. As fundraiser at Niam you will be part of a team with the responsibility to develop and execute strategies to raise capital from institutional investors. This includes preparing presentations pitch books and other marketing materials to communicate the firms investment strategy and track record.

Responsibilities include:

Build and Develop Investor Network: Establish and develop a global toptier investor network to support Niams growth and strategic objectives. Maintain regular communication with current investors and proactively identify and build trust and networks with potential investors.

Institutional Investor Management: Oversee and develop relationships with institutional investors across multiple strategies on Niams multimanager platform.

Project Management: Lead fund establishment and capitalraising projects coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders.

Independently Drive Fundraising Processes: Conduct fundraising processes independently including meetings roadshows due diligence and creating pitchbook materials.

Market Analysis and Product Development: Stay updated on market trends perform competitor analysis and continuously develop the firms product offerings.

Industry Representation: Represent Niam at industry conferences within the Private Equity

community to enhance the firms presence and network. Attend relevant investor conferences and other market forums to represent Niam learn the current trends and identify/meet investors.

Collaboration with Management and IR Team: Work closely with management and the broader IR team to achieve the firms fundraising goals.

Background and experience:

Solid experience in fundraising institutional sales or related fields.

Proven track record in building and managing institutional investor relationships.

Strong project management skills and experience in leading complex projects.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a high degree of initiative.

Relevant academic degree.

Personal characteristics:

Strong strategic and analytical abilities as well as a hands on approach.

Proactive and takes initiative independent.

Businessminded

Eager to learn and grow thorough and persistent you focus on delivering with high quality.

Relationshipbuilding personality with good social and collaboration skills.
