Job Description
The Chief Technology Officer will lead the engineering team driving the technology vision and daytoday operations for this merchant acquiring company. (Payments experience huge plus)
A key focus will be driving code quality scalability initiatives AND hiring US based team
Prefer someone in Salt Lake area but will consider relocation

10 years of engineering leadership experience in SaaS Fintech or relevant industries.
Proven success in leading highperforming engineering teams ideally in a startup environment.
Experience scaling engineering teams and managing technical debt.
Deep experience with technologies like Python/Django Vue PostgreSQL Docker Kubernetes and Google Cloud Platform.
Strong understanding of Agile/DevOps methodologies and continuous integration/delivery pipelines.
Experience managing highscalability availability and securityfocused environments.
Commitment to driving code quality and ensuring consistent maintainable solutions.
Payments experience (Fintech banking also considered)
