Job Description

We are searching for compassionate and energetic individuals to join our team.We are seeking aParttime Quality & Outcomes Caller/Data Collectorfor ourQuality & Outcomes Teamlocated in ourmidtown Charlotte office. Our dedicated Quality and Outcomes team tracks data in the areas of spine and brain tumor conditions.. This collection process enables our providers to use a data driven approach to determine the best method of care for patients and helps us better predict postsurgical outcomes. We submit this information to national registries which provides a wealth of data to physicians to aid in establishing benchmarks care guidelines and determine areas for quality improvement.
You will work about 1520 hours/week and will require daytime hours. Some flexibility allowed with hours based on results produced. This position is based in our Charlotte midtown office and does not work remotely.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct phone calls with patients to collect clinical data for the American Spine Registry and QOD Brain Tumor Registry.
  • Enter clinical data into a database.
  • Track workload using Microsoft Excel.
  • Comply with HIPAA regulations and company processes.
  • Promote a positive work environment through effective teamwork.
  • Other duties as assigned by changing needs patient flow or physician request.
Requirements:
  • Comfortable spending the majority of the day making phone calls and speaking to patients.
  • Selfdirected motivated and able to work independently.
  • Professional respectful and courteous while asking patients detailed questions.
  • Organized with strong time management skills

Hours: Monday Friday 15 20 hrs weekly
Must be able to work between the hours of 8am 5pm
