Job Description
Responsibilities
Noblis ESI is seeking a Project Engineer with a national space enterprise and ground systems acquisition background to work with our clients in supporting the future ground architecture.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as program support to the government Program Manager (PM) with responsibility for technical knowledge of the assigned teams and programs/projects
- Provide technical guidance and recommendations related to the integration of National Systemsbased capabilities
- Assist the PM/COTR in program management; strategic planning; cost schedule and performance monitoring and reporting; program synchronization; generating requests for information responses; crossprogram coordination; and programmatics
- Will support Agilebased program management and implementation of a ModelBase Systems Engineering approach
- Lead IPT meetings and review process boards to include but not limited to ERBs CCBs SRRs PDRs CDRs and PMRs
- Support the PM in multiple areas which include systems mission and enterprise engineering; program management; acquisition support; analytic support; technical analysis; user requirement management/development; architecture; and customer outreach and support
- Serve as technical expert in their assigned area
- Other responsibilities include administrative and technical support to the Government leadership team internal cross coordination external mission partners and other DoD/IC customers
Required Qualifications
- Must have an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a CounterIntelligence Polygraph (US Citizenship)
- Bachelors degree
- Experience in project management and acquisition with emphasis on Government acquisition in DoD or IC
- Familiarity with project management; monitoring developer cost schedule and performance; and program office processes techniques and documentation
- Ability to facilitate commonality within the enterprise by defining acquiring and integrating a multiINT multisensor and multinodal processing capability
- Ability to problem solve in a rapidly changing environment and interface with the customer daily
- Track and respond to office tasking build and present program briefings and update project schedules and calendar

Desired Qualifications
- Masters Degree
- Familiarity with the NROs and DoDs national and tactical space architectures
- Familiarity with different contracting types; e.g.: competition sole source IDIQ/TOs Other Transactions and Broad Agency Announcements)
- Knowledge of Electrooptical RADAR SIGINT Communications Mission Management and Mission processing systems supporting a space and ground architecture
- Working knowledge of SAFe Agile or similar agile processes and JIRA and Confluence tools
- Certified in one or more of the following: INCOSE (or DAWIA equivalent) OMG Systems Modeler Agile Project Management MBSE
- Understand how system requirements design analysis verification and validation activities are enabled by MBSE across the digital thread (the engineering lifecycle)
- Be able to travel

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors including but not limited to the combination of education certifications knowledge skills competencies and experience internal and external equity location clearance level as well as contractspecific affordability organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this positionis based on full time status. For part time or oncall staff compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important its just one component of Noblis total compensation package.
