As an Email Campaign Specialist you will be responsible for driving engagement and growth through strategic email marketing campaigns for our software products.
You will work closely with product marketers and the content team to develop execute and optimize targeted email campaigns that drive product utilization crosssell/upsell opportunities and introduce new capabilities to both current and prospective customers. With a datadriven approach youll continuously monitor campaign performance against core email KPIs (open rates clickthrough rates unsubscribe rates) while measuring the tangible impact on product adoption and feature utilization. Your expertise in email marketing best practices audience segmentation and marketing automation will be essential in crafting compelling messaging that resonates with veterinary professionals and drives meaningful business outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience:
Position Location Westbrook ME strongly preferred. Candidates in Boston or surrounding areas will be considered but you will be expected to be in the office regularly. Local team members generally come into the office 2 days/week. Part of the Software Growth team is in New Zealand so some ability to work later hours is ideal.
