Responsibilities
- Support daily accounting department operations including reviewing and substantiating accounts payable transactions by auditing documents and posting accounts receivable payable and other general ledger adjustments.
- Prepare monthly journal entries for entry into the ERP system NetSuite by collecting necessary data analyzing costs and preparing support to attach to journal entries.
- Crosstrain with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable coordinators to back up payments and collections procedures as needed.
- Aid in the preparation of monthly deferred and recognized revenue postings and reconciliations
