Description

If you are a Supplier Request (SR) Coordinatorprofessional looking for an opportunity to grow Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in our Stafford TX location you will play a key role in handling and resolving product returns (RMA) by working collaboratively with crossfunctional teams. This position focuses on driving process improvements to improve efficiency and turnaround times.

In this Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Track inspect and process returned products in compliance with company guidelines collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Set up warranty repair work orders based on SR details track progress and drive timely completion to support fast turnaround times.
  • Maintain and generate daily reports supervising repair and rework progress while keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Arrange shipments for repaired products in coordination with shipping department.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to address issues promptly and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Find opportunities to streamline RMA workflows improve response times and enhance customer experience.
  • Conduct preliminary inspections and process inventory for Material Review Board (MRB) or warehouse storage.
  • Assist the MRB Coordinator with conducting stock inspections facilitating material movement

For This Role You Will Need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of experience in returns management customer service or manufacturing
  • Proficient in reading engineering drawings and conduct inspections
  • Experience with measuring & Test equipment
  • Solid understanding of Quality management systems and procedures
  • Experience in assembly & testing of the valves

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Associate degree
  • Forklift certification
  • Warehouse experience
