Position Summary: At the front desk you are at the hub of the hotel with the most interaction with our guests. Your role is key to the overall experience the guest as you will makes reservations checks guest in/out and assists guests with special requests. Responsible for all Guest relations during scheduled shift and responsible for cash drawer.

Essential Functions
As a Front Desk Agent you are responsible for giving our guests the best hospitality experience they can have by:
Education
High school education/GED.
Experience
1 to 2 years experience working at the front desk at a hotel is required.
Hours required
Scheduled days and time vary based on hotel needs. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
