The Senior Manager Value Stream Management will colead a crossfunctional team of aerospace design manufacturing operations and supply chain experts driving longterm resolution of challenges related to complex castings. This team is called the Power & Controls Castings Strategic Tiger Team and its scope includes a broad range of castings spanning across many product lines.

This role is based at our Plant 1 site at 2421 11th Street.

What You Will Do

• Accountable for the produce to deliver service/support and longterm strategic business plans related to complex castings.
• Leads decision making for the strategic casting team and applies critical thinking where incomplete data exists.
• Represents the team to senior leadership driving and reporting progress for strategic casting initiatives and providing robust solution recommendations to executive leaders.
• Directs the work of subteam leaders assigned to the casting team from manufacturing procurement and engineering areas.
• Leads and organizes reviews team meetings and other regular business activities.
• Creates and manages business cases specific to casting initiatives.
• Responsible for the budget of the Strategic Castings Tiger Team.
• Ensures customer satisfaction through strong communication and concise presentation material.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree 14 years of relevant experience
• U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Qualifications We Prefer

• Casting industry experience especially complex aluminum and magnesium sand castings.
• Program management
• Bachelors degree in engineering or business
• Advanced degree(s) in business management

The salary range for this role is 124000 USD 250000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
