Job Description
Wroclaw Aircraft Maintenance Services is providing base maintenance of Boeing 737800 aircraft for Ryanair Europe biggest airline.Our highly trained and dedicated engineers are the driving force behind our industry leading safety record. Across out network our skilled engineers conduct extensive checks on individual aircraft system structures and components to ensure that all our aircraft continue to operate with the utmost efficiency and take our customers to their destinations on time.
A new exciting opportunity has arisen within the Wroclaw Aircraft Maintenance Services. We are looking to hire a Document Controller in our hangar in Wroclaw.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Liaise with Planning Engineering Quality and Check Supervisors on the printing of aircraft check packs
- Print check packs and distribute to the relevant zones of the aircraft
- Collate all aircraft paperwork once completed and ensure that it is completed correctly
- Follow up on incomplete / missing paperwork
- Ensure that all paperwork is scanned bookmarked backed up and entered in the aircraft records
- Any other duties / tasks as directed by Supervisor / Manager
Requirements
- Previous document control experience is an advantage
- Aviation regulation knowledge
- Working knowledge of AMOS is desirable
- Excellent planning and organisational skills are essential
- Strong communication written and oral English
- Knowledge of Microsoft office especially Excel & Word
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Must have initiative be enthusiastic and understand the importance of professional integrity
