Job Description
If you are a student who is a natural leader and aspires to be the best come join the Retail Sales team as a Student Support. Youll be assisting the team on a combination of ongoing project work and administrative duties. This role is located in greater Battle Creek MI with the expectation to be in the office Tuesday through Thursday. Youll be contributing individually directly working with two team members and supporting our Retail Sales business across the US.
As a Student Support youll be a valued member of the team with the opportunity to make a real impact on the business. The experience youre able to get in this role will be a great addition to your resume when applying to jobs after graduation. A Taste of What Youll Be Doing
- You Are Accountable Here at Kellanova we are encouraged to be empowered in our roles and deliver excellent results. You will be working with Sr. Analysts and Retail Sales leads to support our Retail Sales organization.
- Put Your Best Foot Forward Communication with partners and tracking feedback will be key to your success in delivering strong results. You are a trusted member of the team and will be requested to provide your insight and influence based on the work your perform.
- Managing the Business Multiple and conflicting priorities always arise under competing time restraints. You have to be quick to act when these issues arise and keep a positive outlook.
Were Looking For Someone With
- Enrollment in an undergraduate degree in business sales or marketing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- The ability to work during the school year and able to dedicate 1520 hours per week on 95 business hour schedule
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 or above
The hourly rate for this role is $18.00.
