Location: Saint Louis Missouri (Onsite Must work from the office)
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Communications Specialist to join our team responsible for crafting and executing our organizations communication strategies. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand image while effectively conveying our message to both internal and external audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Create engaging content for various platforms including blogs social media and newsletters.
- Manage media relations including drafting press releases and liaising with journalists.
- Monitor and analyze communication trends and metrics to inform strategies and improve outreach.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Organize and coordinate events workshops and promotional campaigns to enhance community engagement.
Qualifications:
- achelors degree in Communications Marketing Public Relations or a related field.
- Proven experience in communications or public relations preferably in a corporate or nonprofit environment.
- Exceptional writing editing and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills capable of fostering relationships at all levels.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
