Job Description
Fraser Ltd. is looking to add to our Development team! The person would be responsible for of Fraser Ltd. fundraising initiatives to meet organizational goals and objectives bybuildingprofessional relationships. Person would be responsible to help connect donors philanthropic missions and Frasers strategic priorities. This position would also participate in developing longrange department and organizational goals.
Knowledge: Developing relationships and achieving annual goals proven sales experience create powerful and compelling oral or written communications for fundraising fundraising and development strategies for a large nonprofit.
Education/Experience: Bachelors degree in BusinessMarketing/Sales or related field 10 years experience in sales. Experience in nonprofit and/or development experience is a plus.
Skills and Abilities: Excellent interpersonal oral and written communication skills; highly motivated professional ability to interface with internal and external contacts. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and donor contact database programs selfstarter ability to multitask.
