Job Description
Hire Resolves client is urgently looking for a highly skilled and detailoriented Accountant to join their finance team in Oudtshoorn. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions preparing financial reports and performing various accounting tasks.
Responsibilities:
Keeping basic accounting records of clients.
Preparation of financial statements.
VAT processing for clients on Xero and Sage Accounting
Handling of SAID inquiries and submission of supporting documents as required by SAID.
Submission of income tax and VAT returns.

Reconciliation of financial information of clients.
Preparation of monthly management statements.
Requirements:
Knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel Outlook Xero and Sage Accounting.
Bilingualism in both Afrikaans and English will count in the candidates favor.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in the field.
A completed SAIPA or SAICA clerkship is essential.
Knowledge of PowerBI PowerApps and Microsoft SQL will be advantageous.
